1. General Terms

1.1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ace653 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ace653 website and associated gaming services located at ace653.com. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, esports betting, and all promotional activities.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ace653.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. ace653 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via on-site announcement or registered email.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. All communications between ace653 and its Players shall be conducted in English, although support staff may also assist in Bengali where operationally possible.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

1.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms communicated at the time of a promotion, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace653 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register an account on ace653, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person.
• You have not previously had an account closed by ace653 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of ace653, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. You are prohibited from using false identities, fictitious names, or another person's identity when registering. ace653 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active ace653 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. 2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ace653 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is complete. ace653 handles all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ace653 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain credential security. You must notify ace653 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ace653 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits are credited to your gaming account balance upon confirmation of receipt. ace653 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, and only to an account verified as belonging to you. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed where KYC verification is outstanding or where a transaction is flagged for compliance review. ace653 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, though times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedules.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on ace653 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Taka. ace653 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion from a foreign currency to BDT is your responsibility and may attract exchange rate costs from your own bank or payment provider.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ace653 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. The Platform operates AML monitoring systems that review transaction patterns. ace653 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction it reasonably suspects may be associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. Players found to have used the Platform for money laundering purposes will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds therein will be frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

From time to time, ace653 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be met within the time frame specified in the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of any remaining bonus balance.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

ace653 actively monitors for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; systematically placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements; using arbitrage strategies to exploit promotional terms; and any other behaviour that ace653 reasonably determines to be exploitative in nature. Where bonus abuse is detected, ace653 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend the player's account.

4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ace653 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification or withdrawal will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of claiming the bonus, except where amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

5. User Obligations

5.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use ace653 solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws of Bangladesh. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other player's use of ace653.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace653:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or poker variant.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair judgement to the point of being unable to make informed decisions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any part of the ace653 Platform.
• Using the ace653 brand, logo, or platform assets without express written permission from ace653.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment method change, you must update your account information promptly. ace653 will not be held responsible for failed communications or payment processing errors resulting from outdated account information.

5.4 Responsible Gaming Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose money. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose and to make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by ace653, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options, if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic. ace653 encourages all players to review the Responsible Gaming page for further guidance.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on the ace653 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, game software, and the overall arrangement of the Platform, is the property of ace653 or its content and technology suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ace653 name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of ace653. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the ace653 name, logo, or any other brand feature.

6.2 Limited Licence

ace653 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download (other than page caching), copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of ace653.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ace653 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

7.2 Suspension by ace653

ace653 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• A transaction on your account is associated with fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account shows patterns of bonus abuse or exploitative betting behaviour.
• You have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

7.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where ace653 terminates your account due to a material breach of these Terms, including fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct, ace653 reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and forfeit any balance in the account. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ace653 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, not exceeding ৳100 per month, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. This fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by simply logging in.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

ace653 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ace653 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond ace653's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service provider failures, or natural disasters.

8.2 Limitation of Liability for Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace653 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. ace653's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ace653 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Certain games available on ace653 are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While ace653 selects reputable suppliers and monitors game performance, ace653 is not responsible for errors, glitches, or service interruptions originating within third-party game software. In the event of a demonstrable technical fault during a game session, ace653 will work with the relevant provider to investigate and resolve the issue in a fair and transparent manner.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
